TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Terms and Conditions of Schnitzel&Strudel Cooking Classes e.U.

The following general terms and conditions also contain the legal information regarding your rights according to the regulations on distance contracts and electronic commerce.

SCOPE

(1) The following general terms and conditions ("GTC") apply exclusively to all orders of goods by customers (hereinafter "Customer") on the website www.schnitzelstrudel.at of

(hereinafter "We") operated online shop in the version valid at the time of the order.

(2) Deviating general terms and conditions of the Customer are not recognized by us, unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

(3) For the purposes of the following provisions, a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership who acts in the exercise of their independent or commercial activity when concluding a legal transaction.

(4) Vienna is agreed as the local and subject-matter jurisdiction.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

(1) The presentation of our articles in our online shop does not yet constitute a binding offer. Only the order of the goods by the Customer is a binding offer.

(2) The Customer can select articles from the assortment of our online shop and collect them in a so-called shopping cart without obligation by clicking the button "Add to Cart". The items in the shopping cart can be viewed at any time by clicking on the "Cart" menu item at the top of the navigation bar.

(3) To order the items in the shopping cart, the Customer must click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. During the further ordering process, the Customer is first asked to enter their contact and delivery data and to select a payment method. Before submitting the order, the Customer can delete, adjust, or correct the data provided in the order form and the shopping cart at any time. The order process can also be completely canceled by closing the browser window.

(4) The contract is concluded when the Customer accepts the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button.

(5) We send the Customer an automatic receipt confirmation by email, which confirms the receipt of the order and lists the details of the order again.

(6) The contract is concluded in English. Translations of these GTC into other languages are for customer understanding only. In the event of any differences between the language versions, the English text alone is authoritative.

DELIVERY, AVAILABILITY

(1) If no copies of the article ordered by the Customer are available at the time of the Customer's order, or only temporarily unavailable, we will inform the Customer of this immediately. If an article is permanently unavailable, we will also inform the Customer of this. A purchase contract for this article does not come into existence then.

PRICES

(1) All prices in our online shop include the applicable statutory value-added tax.

(2) The Customer can pay the purchase price using the payment methods specified in the ordering process of the online shop: credit card, PayPal, Klarna. The Customer agrees to receive invoices, order confirmations, and credits exclusively in electronic form.

CANCELLATION POLICY

(1) You may cancel your booking up to 3 days (equals 72 hours) before the scheduled class time without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 3 days (equals 72 hours) before the class will incur into a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount.

(2) To cancel a booking, please contact us via email at info@schnitzel.at or through the contact form on our website. We will confirm your cancellation via email. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation notice using the original payment method.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMERS

(1) The withdrawal period for distance contracts (and thus also for this online shop) is 14 calendar days from the purchase. Within this period, the consumer can withdraw from purchase contracts without stating reasons and largely without costs.

(2) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). Alternatively, this form can be used: FORM.

(3) If the Customer withdraws from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from the Customer without delay and at the latest within fourteen days. The same payment method used for the purchase will be used for the reimbursement.

LIABILITY

(1) Claims for damages by the Customer are excluded. Excluded from this are claims for damages by the Customer arising from injury to life, body, or health or from the breach of essential contractual obligations, as well as liability for other damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by us or our legal representatives.

DATA PROTECTION

Personal data of our customers is collected, processed, or used only if the Customer has clearly consented.
